Boiled up a HUGE batch of Pinto Beans today. I’ve “bean” wanting to include more legumes into my diet lately because, If you didn’t already know, the Macro and Micronutrient content within beans (Black, Pinto, Kidney, w/e) are exceptional. They are a fantastic source of energy and contain all the components to help anyone reach their Physical goals. Crammed with Protein, Fiber and Carbs, I can’t wait to whip together plenty of tasty, healthy dishes (That I’ll be sure to post) with these beans as the theme. Image
