Had a long day at work and than hit the gym once I got home. Really didn’t want to whip together anything creative or time consuming; so I appointed Uncle Ben to the kitchen table to make me a dependable satisfying meal. Some pre-cooked chicken breasts in the fridge, makes things so convenient, and topped it with some olive oil to step up the calories I am seriously lacking on today. A diet Dr. P to drink, and if I’m still hungry…. a bag of Thinsations Caramel Drizzle Popcorn. I’ve been craving some kind of caramel corn like treat lately, and these satisfy that void.
